The Committee on Economic Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Transfer of Objects in State and Municipal Ownership" (re Engineering Facilities of Water Utilities)

The primary goal of the bill (Reg. No.8048) is to strengthen material-technical base of the local self-government and supplement the register of state property objects to be transferred into the communal property on a free of charge base. These objects include engineering facilities of water utilities and urban development objects.
